Yoga perhaps is the only science taught and practiced in all continents and in every part of the world and is also the most misunderstood word in the world today.  But now more and more researchers, scientists and experts are appreciating the science of yoga. Let us understand what yoga is not.

Yoga is not a physical exercise- not a system of any physical exercise but helps you to get away from body consciousness so that you can realize the truth. The physical and too much obsession with body and matter and material riches is the root cause of all sufferings and stress and stress related problems. When you do anything physical in yoga, you bring awareness to boy, emotion, breath, mind and the spiritual consciousness within so that all develop together and bring an integration in life. It is a great discovery and deeper understanding of yoga that it had brought how boy, mind and emotions then spiritual consciousness are related to and body can used as means to bring about total health, harmony, happiness and emotional balance as well.
