Aikido

Aikido is a Japani Martial art developed by Morihei Ueshiba. Aikido means the way of unifying with life energy or way of harmonious spirit.

Ai means joining , unifying. Ki means energy and

Do means way. In other words we can say that Aikido is primarily a state of mind in a combact situation ( and ideally always, and the basic techniques and methods of training (especially beginners) aimed at the development of this condition. Aikido techniques are usually a defense against an attack, so students must learn to deliver various types of attacks to be able to practice aikido with a partner. Although attacks are not studied as thoroughly as in striking-based arts, sincere attacks (a strong strike or an immobilizing grab) are needed to study correct and effective application of technique

Marma Therapy

Marma point is defined as an anatomical site where flesh, veins, arteries, tendons, bones and joints meet up. There are 107 Marma points throughout the body. Each point has its own intelligence and consciousness, which co-ordinate with the mind and body.

It can be used to detoxify the body, to strengthen and revitalize, for rejuvenation and relaxation, and to release blocked energy. Through these energy points we can stimulate the function of internal organs, strengthen self-healing power, and harmonize mind and body.

When we touch Marma points we stimulate the body’s biochemistry to produce exactly what the body needs, including neurochemicals and hormones that heal the body, mind and consciousness.
